Privacy Policy

AirmanCalc is a 100% client-side application, available as both a web app and mobile app. This means:

• All PT score calculations happen directly on your device (web browser or mobile app)
• Your test data (height, waist, run times, reps, etc.) never leaves your device
• We don't have a database or server that stores user information
• When you close the app or browser, all entered data is cleared (unless you're using the app's local save feature)
• The mobile app operates with the same privacy-first principles as the web version

TheBellWorkshop and AirmanCalc do not collect:

• Personal identification information (name, rank, unit, etc.)
• PT test scores or performance data
• Body measurements (height, waist, WHtR)
• Email addresses or contact information
• IP addresses or location data
• Browser fingerprints or tracking data
• Cookies or local storage for tracking purposes

The AirmanCalc mobile application adheres to the same strict privacy standards as the web version:

• No Data Collection: The app does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers
• Local Processing Only: All calculations are performed locally on your device
• No Analytics: We do not use any analytics services, crash reporting tools, or tracking SDKs
• No Ads: The app is completely ad-free and does not integrate with any advertising networks
• Device Permissions: The app only requests permissions necessary for basic functionality (e.g., storage for PDF export)
• Optional Local Storage: If the app allows saving your PT data locally for convenience, this data remains on your device only and is never synchronized or backed up to any cloud service

When you use the "Export PDF" feature (available in both web and mobile versions), the PDF is generated entirely on your device using client-side processing. The PDF file is saved directly to your device storage and is never uploaded or transmitted to our servers.

Web Version:

The web version of AirmanCalc is hosted on GitHub Pages, which may collect basic analytics about page visits. We do not use:

• Google Analytics or similar tracking services
• Social media tracking pixels
• Advertising networks
• Third-party cookies

Mobile App:

The mobile application does not integrate with any third-party services, analytics platforms, advertising networks, or tracking SDKs. It operates completely independently on your device.

Since we don't collect or store any personal data (on either the web or mobile app), there is no data to access, modify, or delete on our end. You maintain complete control over any information you enter into AirmanCalc:

• Web Version: Data exists only in your browser session and is automatically cleared when you close the browser
• Mobile App: Any locally saved data can be deleted by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app
