HAMR Cadence Player
Use this track for 20-meter shuttle practice.
Use headphones only if you can do so safely. For group practice, use a speaker loud enough to hear at both lines. This is a practice aid, not official test administration authority.
Practice setup
- 1Measure a 20-meter lane and mark both turn lines clearly.
- 2Start behind the line with the audio loud enough to hear at both ends.
- 3Run to the opposite line on each beep, turn, and continue until you miss the cadence.
- 4Record the last fully completed shuttle, then enter it in the AirmanCalc HAMR calculator.
After the run
Enter your completed shuttle count in the HAMR calculator to see your cardio points and total PT score. Save or share the result when you are done.
